Cancellations & No Shows Policy

As an independent business owner, my income is directly tied to the clients I serve, so last-minute cancellations make it challenging to recover both time and income. I do my best to waive fees depending on the situation because I understand that life happens.

To ensure that I run on time for your appointment and others I allow a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I will need to reschedule your appointment, and a fee of $30 per hour based on the duration of your service will apply if the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice. The fee must be paid before rescheduling, for appointments lasting 2-4 hours, please provide at least a week’s notice. This policy helps protect the appointment time that can’t be recovered and allows other clients the opportunity to book. Thank you for understanding. A cancellation fee will apply for each service scheduled, and any outstanding balances must be settled before your next appointment.
